I love a new training plan

There’s nothing better than a brand new, shiny training plan. Seventeen weeks laid out one day at a time, ending in a blaze of glory. It always looks so easy.

Progressive mileage increases, cutback weeks, back-to-back long runs, medium midweek runs, all plotted out in a way that requires only doing each day’s distance. One day at a time. Just like running with Valerie Bertinelli. Like magic.

Just 17 weeks to go. How hard can that be?

The best part: Day off today!!!

I love this plan.
