The Great Chili Controversy Continues

Mo is not a real Texan.

She is making coffee with beans.

On the bright side, I have defended the honor of Texas and our tradition of not adding beans. It’s possible the rule only applies to chili, but one can’t be too careful.

On the down side, Mo is likely not sharing her coffee this morning.

It’s not easy being a proper Texan.

    Hmm… I suppose the saying “It’s not worth a hill of beans” originated in Texas, probably in reference to everything outside of Texas.
