uh oh

The folks at Runner’s World point out a study on the blog Obesity Panacea that states this:

The higher above sea level you live, the less likely you are to be obese.

This is where I live.


I live at zero feet. This could explain my nickname, “Mr. Tubby.”

The solution: I must seek out that little 30-foot peak and sit idly there for an hour or two each day as the pounds drift effortlessly out to sea. or gulf. or bay. Whatever.

This is likely the reason Kenyan runners are so thin …

    By all means seek for the peak, though it may prove hard to find.
    But RUN while you are seeking. Then it won’t matter whether you find it or not.
