Over the course of human existence, we have faced many questions. What is the meaning of life? Why DO birds suddenly appear every time you are near? If you close the refrigerator door, does the light really go out?

But none come close to life’s biggest mystery: If you combine peanut butter and pimento cheese in a sandwich, what happens?

Due to the extreme danger inherent in the experiment, we used the youngest members of our group, since they are both hardy and fairly expendable. Jif peanut butter, Texas pimento cheese, two slices of nondescript bread, culinary bliss.

Life is an adventure. When you’re standing on the bridge looking down at the river wondering whether there’s enough water to break the fall, sometimes you just need to leap and find out.
